With so many brands and styles to choose from, finding the perfect bikini when you're above average in height and overall giraffe like, it seems nearly impossible...but fear not my tall ladies! I have the solution for you, allow me to introduce you to Ellejay, your new swimsuit BFF! What drew my attention initially to Ellejay were the bright colors and classic styles the brand provides. While other brands aren’t realistic when it comes to wearing them outside of an Instagram photo shoot, Ellejay actually provides style but practicality that everyone loves and needs.

Styles I love: All of their swimsuits have amazing colors to make sure you stand out amongst the school of fish. Bonus, their latest neon collection makes you look tan, even if you are a Snow White, like myself. I am head over heels in love with their one piece suits that have a high leg cut and a very low back. People really underestimate the power of the one piece but I promise that you’ll have heads turning during any swim party! Their Coco One Piece is my favorite because it has all the components of a great bathing suit: side boob, high leg and a low back.

Fit and comfort: The brand runs overall small depending on your curves and given that it was created by a model, it certainly is tailored to a less curvier figure - not all of us can look like a Kardashian (and that's ok!). Unfortunately, mama did not bless me with many curves and so this brand truly has been a perfect fit for me. The styles are all very fitted, so no fear of slippage, whether you are diving in waves or showing off your cannon ball skills! Ellejay has perfected the 80s/90s inspired high leg cut and take it from a model, it's all about the legs.
